Meeting Minutes, Monday Jan. 9, 2023Attendance: 7 officers,4 members

Bills and Receipts: Motion by Don to pay the bills. Second by George.  Passed.  

DD Report: None

Food Pantry Report: None

Family of the Month: None

Unfinished Business:  4 members going to Hayward on Jan. 10 to lead an exemplification.  Raffle ticket sales are continuing. Christmas trees sales of $1,030 with $78 pending. Another $5 for yard sign sales of Keep Christ in Christmas. 

New Business:  Culture of Life Essay contest started at SFDS school, and Al N. will help Jeff get it to the religious education classes. No contact at the school for the Free Throw Contest. Don is planning the Feb. 24th fish fry. Take out only again. Dan is running the Super Bowl for Seminarians raffle, and it is coming soon. We will email the minutes of meeting to Dan Lee to try and keep more current on our website.  The State Convention is April 28th and 29th. Larry is looking into registration material. Dues statements coming.  We plan to give rosaries to the First Communion children again. We still have rosaries from purchase last year.  Jeff moved that we give $250 to the pregnancy resource center in Rice Lake. Second by Al.  Passed. 

Upcoming events:  Next meeting is Feb. 13, 2023.   Men’s Retreat Jan. 28 and 29.
