Motion to approve last month’s minutes - n/a

GK Report:
The Silver Rose will be here Thursday, March 19. More details coming next month.
Deputy Grand Knight Report:
Commendation for a member showing KCs in Unity. A new DGK needed for next year.
Treasurer’s Report:
Checking. $
Scholarship. $

Square/Tootsie Roll. $

Bills and Receipts:
Dan moved that we pay our bills, Second by Brett. Approved.
Membership Director:
Our next Exemplification is 6:30, on March 3. Members are encouraged to attend and bring a new member. We will also notify 1st degree members they can become 2nd and 3rd degree members at that time.
Food Pantry Report:
All is good.

Unfinished Business:
1. Recap of the Men’s Retreat.
2. The new basketball hoops are on the work list or being fabricated.

New Business:
1. 2 SuperBowl boards are full.
2. The Free Throw contest is in the planning stage. Sign up sheet for 5 volunteers for later this month passed.
3. Fish Fry is Feb. 20th. Sign up sheet passed around.
4. Our DGK will need help one or two Wed. evenings with soup and sandwiches for Stations of the Cross. If there is an afternoon church event we may be doing soup and sandwiches Fridays in Lent. If not, maybe Sat. after Mass.
5. Tootsie Roll drive orders are due by Feb. 15th.
6. Pancake Breakfast March 15th for Extreme Faith Camp. Jeff moved that we donate up to #125 for food, second by Brett. Approved.
7. Dues, Newsletter and State Raffle tickets are being mailed this week.
