Bills and Receipts: Moved to pay bills by Paul. Second by Dan. Approved.
Insurance Agent Report: Allen has been in meetings with our agent. He says “hello.” Annuities at 4%. He can easily meet via Zoom Meetings.
Membership:
Three new members tonight: Mike, Tom and Theran.
Food Pantry Coordinator:
The food pantry was very grateful for the coats.

Unfinished Business:

1. Super Bowl Board. 1st Quarter - Jim Deutsch, 2nd Quarter - Pat Hanson, 3rd Quarter - Karen Collins, and 4th Quarter - Tom Christ.
2. The March for Life Breakfast brought in $1,570 with only $147 for expenses. Well done.
3. The Culture of Life Essay is still going on.

New Business:

1. The Free Throw Contest is Feb. 24 @ 4:00 pm. At Antholz Gym. We will host the District contest March 15 at 9:00 am. At the Elementary School Gym.
2. March 7 is our 1st Lenten fish fry. Call Don to sign up to help.
3. Discussion on the April fish fry to be on Good Friday or the week before that day. No decision.
4. The KC Convention is May 16-18. Who is going?
5. The State Council has new Tootsie Roll vests available. Replacements needed? Dan will check our vests.
