Meeting Minutes, Monday Mar. 13, 2023
Attendance: 8 officers, 3 members, 1 guest- Field agent Shawn Fox

Old Business:

1. Motion to approve last month’s minutes by Al. Second by Dan. Passed.
2. GK Report: No report.
3. Bills and Receipts: Motion by Dan to pay the bills. Second by Paul. Passed.
4. Insurance Field Agent: Discussed annuities.
5. Membership Report: One new member in March, Mark Nauertz.
6. Lecturer: We will try to have time to pray the Rosary before meetings.
7. Unfinished Business: Fish fry- net of $377.62. Some food left over. There were 129 meals sold.
8. 307 Raffle tickets sold so far, about half of our goal.
9. The Free Throw Contest had 10 boys and 1 girl compete.
10. 18 entries for the Culture of Life Essays.

New Business:

1. The April 7th fish fry will be the same as the last one. Discussed trying to use St Joseph Church in Shell Lake for dine in fish fry, but maybe a dinner there to try out the kitchen.
2. Dan moved for $200 to each delegate going to the State Convention. Second by Jeff. Passed.
3. Roadside cleanup will hopefully be in late April.
4. Okayed $400 in seed money to Don for the fish fry.
5. We will be donating rosaries for the First Communion second graders. We still have rosaries from last year.
