Attendance: 6 officers, 3 members

Motion to approve last month’s minutes by John. Second by Frank. Passed.
GK Report: Thanks to all that helped at the Fish Fry.
Treasurer’s Report: None
Bills and Receipts: Motion by Dan to pay the bills. Second by Don. Passed.
Lecturer: Lesson on Divine Mercy Sunday.
Food Pantry Report: 1364 lb. of food donated so far for the 2022-23 year. This is a bit less than
last year, but we still have 2 months to go.
Family of the Month: Julie Predni for her work with the Special Olympics.

Unfinished Business:

1. Fish fry- net of $347.87. 109 meals served. Some food left over. That led into discussion of a sit down event.
2. Dan, Allen and Jeff are chairing a Spaghetti Meal at St. Joseph Church in Shell Lake. Al will check on adding Bingo.
3. 484 Raffle tickets sold so far, and that is about 200 less than last year.
4. Tootsie Roll drive will be weekends of May 6 and 13. Dan will have sign up times available soon.

New Business:

1. Roadside cleanup will hopefully be in late April or early May.
2. Allen moved to give each seminarian $500, second by Dan. Passed.
3. Discussed hosting the St Joseph Icon still this month.
4. Tribute to Don Glessing for chairing the Fish Fries.

Correspondence:

• Invitation to the Northwoods New Life Center Banquet in Hayward.

Upcoming events:

• Next meeting is May 8 at the Church.
