Meeting Minutes, Tuesday, June 2, 2026
8 Officers, 4 Members, Fr. Papi, and one guest were in attendance.
Annette Dallager of Echo Health in Hayward presented about their Pregnancy Resource Center.
Motion by Brett to approve last month’s minutes - Second by Tom.. Approved.

GK Report:
Reviewed State Convention. Discussed helping an elderly person but can’t get more info, presented some goals for the coming year, and passed the list of State Charity Raffle winners.

Treasurer’s Report:
Checking $7,793.77
Scholarship. $1,521.57
Seminarian. $2,894.30
Charity. $3,141.87
Dues. $1,691.31
Trailer. $19,706.49
Square/Tootsie Roll. $696.40
CD. $5,785.19

Bills and Receipts:
Jeff moved that we pay our bills, Second by Brett. Approved.

Membership Director:
We brought new member Greg Michaels into the KCs this month.

Food Pantry Report:
Brett reports the Committee chair Frank is recovering well.

Family of the Month: In progress.

Unfinished Business:
1. The pancake breakfast after May 26 mass served 60-70 people; Jeff later in the meeting moved that the council pay for the food. Second by Tom. Approved.
2. Tootsie Roll Drive. Another $345.50 this past month. Donations go to Ventures and Harmon House.
3. Mrs Stensvold’s steps have the concrete done, railings pending.
4. The SFDS basketball hoops are still pending.

New Business:
1. The slate of nominated officers was presented to the council. There are no other candidates. Passed on voice vote.
2. Bill moved that we donate $150 to the pregnancy resource centers in Hayward and Rice Lake. Don suggested that we give $200. Bill amended the motion to $200. Second by Tom. Approved.
3. Spooner Health has asked if we would cater their employee picnic with our food trailer on Aug 4. Tom is taking it under advisement, with an answer in a day or two.
