Meeting Minutes, Monday, August 11, 2025
9 Officers, 6 Members were in attendance.
Motion to approve last month’s minutes by Tom, Second by John. Approved.

Bills and Receipts:
Tom moved that we pay our bills, Second by Dan. Approved.

Membership report:
Plan on an exemplification for new members in Oct. Invite men to join.

Unfinished Business:
1. From our council and the State Charity Fund the KCs donated $1,100 to the Christners
2. Basketball hoops are still in progress for installation.
3. Trailer maintenance is progressing.

New Business:
1. Town and Country Days are scheduled for Aug 30-31 this year. Need workers.
2. GK is taking inventory of our stored items in St. Joseph Church damaged by the fire.
3. Request to use the Snack Shack at the Sept. 20 Octoberfest at SFDS.
4. Faith formation would like a Smart Screen TV. Paul moved that we donate $500, second by John. Approved.
5. Still working on a site for roadside cleanup. Maybe Highway K just north of Spooner?
6. All agreed to purchase space at Cranberry Fest for $420.
7. There is a cluster picnic Sept. 14 to welcome Fr. Papi. Request KCs help with food.
8. Oct. 19th will be a pancake breakfast for students going to Washington DC March for Life.
9. Request for the KCs to partner with confirmation students to pack food boxes for Cross Catholic Outreach.
10. Bill moved that we purchase a table for SFDS school for $474.75. Second by Dan. Approved.
11. Al moved that we repeat purchase and distribution of Coats for Kids as last year. Second by Tom. Approved.
