Moved to pay bills by Dan, second by Frank, approved.

Membership Report:
District 91 is having a Lenten Retreat on Feb. 24. Exemplification at 3:30
with Bishop Powers present. Our council will try for exemplification before the next meeting.

For the Good of the Order:
Al reported on updating our digital communication capabilities.

Unfinished Business:
1. March for Life thank you.
2. Super Bowl Board winners are 1st Qtr. - Adell McDougal, Half and 3rd Qtr.- Fr. Phil, and Final
- Al Nauertz.

New Business:
1. Fish Fry is Feb. 16th at Shell Lake. Please show up.
2. Free Throw contest is Feb. 20, 5-7 pm at Spooner Middle School. Bill still needs help.
3. Free Throw district competition is in Webster March 2 or 9.
4. Fish Fry on March 29. Where will depend on how well this one goes in Shell Lake.
5. KC State Convention is April 26, at Chula Vista in the Dells. Only one delegate so far.
6. Bill moved that we purchase 20 snow pants for $100 at Walmart. Second by Dan. Passed.
7. Bill moved that we pay Deacon Pat’s KC dues. Second by Kirby. Passed.
8. Reminder to sign up for Superior Catholic Youtube.
9. Life Savers for Life is no longer a state program. Should we still do this?
