Attendance: 7 officers, 7 members

Bills and Receipts: Moved to pay bills by Paul, second by John. Approved.

Food Pantry Report: Last year we collected 1,570 lb. of food at church, 6 months of this year is
920 lb.

Unfinished Business:
1. Christmas Tree sales net was $403.30.
2. The Free Throw Contest date is now Feb. 20, 2024. 5-7 pm at the middle school.

New Business:
1. We collected $1,966 at the Pancake Breakfast for supporting the students and chaperones
going to Washington, DC. Al moved that we give $2,000 to the fund for them. Second by Joe.
Passed.
2. KC State Convention is April 27. Jeff moved to give $200 to delegates from our council.
Second by Allen. Passed.
3. Fish Fry is Feb. 16. It will be in Shell Lake. Don Glessing is Chair.
4. The Super Bowl Board for Seminarians is started.
5. Mass intention for Daren Lewis.
6. Bill moved that we pay for the pancake breakfast food. Second by Don. Passed.
7. St. Joseph in our Nativity Scene is missing. We will look for a replacement.
8. Reminder to use the State Culture of Life envelope to return donations so our council
receives credit for it. Also look for a Life Savers for Life event this year.
