Meeting Minutes, Monday June 12, 2023
Attendance: 5 officers, 2 members, 1 guest.
Jene Morey of the Alzheimer Walk presented information.
Motion to approve last month’s minutes by Paul. Second by Frank. Passed.

Bills and Receipts:
Motion by Allen to pay the bills. Second by George. Passed.

Food Pantry Report:
The Food Pantry is doing well. Reports for Supreme are being prepared.

Unfinished Business:

1. Roadside Clean Up should have a sign on the highway soon.
2. Tootsie Roll Drive is complete, but money collected isn’t reported yet.

New Business:

1. We are deciding how much to participate in the Alzheimer Walk.
2. There is a Prolife March on June 24th in Madison.
3. We agreed to participate in on Social Sunday per month.
4. Space for Cranberry Fest is rented.
5. Looking into rent for Town and Country Days.
6. Motion by Allen to give $200 each to 3 parish members on Toto Tuus this summer. Second by Frank. Passed.
