Meeting Minutes, Monday May 8, 2023
Attendance: 5 officers
Motion to approve last month’s minutes by Frank. Second by Adam. Passed.

GK Report:
A report on the State Convention. He was disappointed we came home with no awards.

Treasurer’s Report: Read and Approved

Bills and Receipts:
Motion by Allen to pay the bills. Second by Frank. Passed.

Food Pantry Report:
Starting reports for the 2022-23 year. Kwik Trip pickup has been down.

Family of the Month:
Don Glessing family.

Unfinished Business:

1. Roadside Clean Up done- 3 members completed it.
2. Raffle ticket sales were down this year for our council. No winners either.
3. Likely we will put on a Spaghetti Supper in a couple of months and also start up Social Sat. after 6 pm mass.
4. Bingo may be a go for a winter activity.

New Business:

1. Tootsie Roll Drive going on now.
2. Bill moved we donate $100 to Prolife Wi for the March for Life event in June. Second by Frank. Passed.
3. Bill moved that we donate $100 to Memory Walk to remember organ donors. Second by Adam. Passed.

Correspondence:
Invitation to go to the Wi March for Life, June 24th. Bus being arranged for this.

Upcoming events:
Next meeting is June 12, at the Church.
