Meeting Minutes, Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025
11 Officers, 6 Members were in attendance.
Motion to approve last month’s minutes by Jeff, Second by Brett, Approved.

GK Report:
There is a 4th degree Oct. 25 in Baraboo.
Neighbor to Neighbor program is seeking sponsorship or assistance.

Treasurer’s Report:
Checking. $
Scholarship. $
Seminarian. $

Trailer. $
Square/Tootsie Roll. $
CD. $

Bills and Receipts:
Paul moved that we pay our bills, Second by John. Approved.

Membership report:
No new members to bring into the council, but one transfer member found. Thanks to all who helped and Fr. Papi for letting a KC member speak after mass.

Food Pantry Report:
Brett reports coordination with Kwik Trip is a learning experience, but members are covering for Frank.

Unfinished Business:
1. Cranberry Fest went well. Sales were over $4,000.00. 8 members worked the booth.
2. Thanks from the Octoberfest committee.

New Business:
1. The coats are ordered for the Coats for Kids program.
2. Roadside cleanup is Oct 9, Meet as Spooner Elem. School at 4:45 pm. The sign is up.
3. The March for Life pancake breakfast fund raiser is Oct. 19. Jeff moved to donate up to $200 to help with food costs. Second by John. Approved. A few members are needed for kitchen help.
4. Bill has new Pope Leo prayer cards.
5. Fr. Papi requests more participation in meetings by KC members.
6. Christmas tree fund raiser is coming up. Sales were poor last year. Thoughts on this year needed.
7. Kirby asked if any members had ideas for our Social Sundays, and we can use help for that.
